Strong SQL knowledge
* Strong understanding of MySQL 4.1 +
* Systems Analysis and Design knowledge (table relationship, database normalization, data manipulation, etc)
* Experience in Ruby on Rails
* Understanding of scalability, systems engineering, and experience scaling web services
* Understanding of Web 2.0 technologies such as AJAX, Javascript, and CSS
